7-22 Systems is an ecological construction company in North Uist, set up by Uist-based architects. It makes an architect-designed building system from off-site prefabricated, pre-insulated components and offers a turn-key design and build service across the Highlands and Islands. The company is looking for a skilled, time-served joiner with a keen eye for detail: a team player willing and able to take on site supervision responsibilities. The post is based at the workshop in Locheport, with varied construction site work across the Outer Hebrides and beyond. It suits someone interested in modern methods of construction and CNC manufacture, committed to environmentally sustainable building, and careful and well organised in their work. There is great potential to grow with the business. You need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Apply using the button on this page. Closes 5 November 2026.
